Colin did an amazing job on my home inspection. He caught key issues before buying the house for us to
bring up to the seller and did a really great job explaining in detail what he was finding and how to
maintain or fix it. Excellent work from Colin glad I. choose him for the inspection process!
Marcia Perkins
Colin did an excellent job! He explained his findings as we progressed through the house. His inspection
and report caught key issues that I was able to present to the seller. Colin even returned to my property
to inspect the garage after I received the keys a couple days later. I highly recommend Colin.
Steve Allen
Colin is an absolute pro. He was very clear on inspection day about the issues he was seeing, and what
those meant for me as the homeowner. Colin was able to concisely explain specific things like building
materials and electrical wiring to give me context, but I never felt overwhelmed with too much technical
information. After just a few conversations with him, I feel much smarter about my house and how to
care for it over the long term. In the end, our inspection report was extremely thorough and helped us
feel comfortable and prepared to own this home.
Justine Piehowski
Incredibly professional and thorough. Colin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered any of our
questions.
John Sales
Colin was thorough and took the time to explain all potential issues in detail. He caught an oil tank that
was still on the property that would have cost us thousands of dollars to remove. Thanks to him we’re
working with our seller to have it taken care of. Can’t recommend Colin enough!
Jordan Vonderwell
Colin inspected a house for me last week. Beyond being a pleasant and friendly person in general, he
was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest about everything he found. He helped me prioritize the
more pressing issues that need immediate attention and offered recommendations for professionals to
contact for further assistance. He made me feel confident in the house that my family will grow in for
years to come.
